Tuks' Varsity Cup-winning flyhalf Wesley Dunlop has signed with the Kings and will be available for Super Rugby duty next year.
Dunlop captained Tuks last year when they lost out in the Varsity Cup Final to UCT, and was named Player of the Tournament this year as they took the title for the first time.
It is something of a home-coming for the highly-rated flyhalf, having been schooled at Grey High School in Port Elizabeth and also representing FNB NMMU at the 2006 National Club Championships.
Dunlop moved on to Durban - where he was born - after the 2006 Club Champs, playing Under-21 and Vodacom Cup rugby for the Sharks, before helping College Rovers to National Club Champs glory in 2010 after a brief stint back in PE in the 2009 First Division.
He then moved on to Pretoria, and UP-Tuks, in 2011 and quickly became a key man for the reigning champions, and also represented the Leopards in the Currie Cup last year.
Now, according to an article on worldartists.co.za, Dunlop will move back to Port Elizabeth and will join the EP Kings in search of more regular provincial game time and the added lure of playing Super Rugby in 2013.
The 25-year-old's younger brother, Cameron (22), will remain in Pretoria with Tukkies.
