Perry: Has impressed at Worcester this season

The 33-year-old has signed an initial 12-month extension to his contract at Sixways - with the option to extend his stay.

Perry has been in superb form since joining from Top 14 outfit Brive in the summer, with the No.9 having previously played for Coventry and Bristol.

And Perry, who and 14 caps for England, is delighted to have been offered the chance to stay.

"The move has gone really well," said Perry.

"When I signed for Warriors I said that this was a club I had always wanted to play for and it was always my intention to get an extension and remain at Sixways.

"I've really enjoyed being back in the Aviva Premiership with Warriors. I'm enjoying my rugby as much as I have ever done and we have some exciting games coming up that I am desperate to be involved in.

"The team is making progress and the fans here are simply outstanding. They have been right behind us every week and we want to give them success."
