Another topsy turvy weekend of schools rugby where results are so often unexpected. Included this weeks are some close encounters in FNB Classic Clashes - in Welkom, East London, Graaff-Reinet, Cradock and Wellington.

Among interesting results were the huge wins for Paarl Boys' High over SACS who have been improving lately, EG Jansen and Diamantveld. St Andrew's who have improved greatly, Pretoria Boys High, New Orleans and Boland Landbou sprang surprises. Wynberg did well, playing most of the match with 14 men.

Glen wood and Affies had a great encounter at 1st XV level, but Glenwood won just the Under-15A of 23 matches between thew two schools.
