With all the hype heading into a tournament it can be easy for a team or player to fall flat on their face but this did not happen to the Fastest Man in Rugby, Carlin Isles. The speedster steped up when called on. You can’t teach speed but that is not a concern for the USA Sevens rugby team with Carlin Isles on the roster. The 23-year-old is the fastest player in rugby and will be one of the most dangerous players on the field this weekend at the USA Sevens in Las Vegas.
Isles is relatively new to rugby. The Ohio native grew up running track and playing American football but took up rugby in 2012 but is hopefully of making his mark and being in Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Olympics.
