I had an email yesterday afternoon from Mollie McCarthy in the USA Rugby coaching department. She said that one of the girls she coached in Buffalo was going to be on the X-Factor last night and that I should take a look.
Of course, yesterday was a pretty busy day, and I thought I'd get around to watching the video she sent me later in the day. Last night I was at the Wellington Stadium watching the Australia v USA game and there was a huge banner saying that we should have picked Caitlin Koch....who's Caitlin Koch asked Mike Miler, CEO of the IRB....well this is Caitlin Koch....she has the X Factor, I am sure you'll agree!!
