Paul Emerick has re-signed with the London Wasps of the Aviva Premiership. The USA center signed a short term loan with the club last February but has made the move permanent.

Emerick struggled with injuries last season and as a result his playing time was limited. The Wasps coaching staff still see his potential and inked his contract for the entire Premiership campaign.

He is scheduled to join the club this week.

The London based club are looking to return to glory in the coming years. After rising to glory under Warren Gatland and then Ian McGeechan, the Wasps have only barely survived in the top flight on a thread bare budget and lack of direction. But a consortium headed by former player Ken Moss has bought the club and are eager to reverse their course.
