England's women wrapped up the three-Test series with a 17-8 victory in Aldershot on Tuesday night but they have never before completed a clean sweep of the Black Ferns.
Last year, England took a 2-0 series lead and then eased off - but Hunter vowed the same will not happen at Twickenham on Saturday night.
"We set our goal out for three wins. Tomorrow will be the big one. For us, winning is really important," said the England loose forward.
"It is great to get another Test series win but we want the big one. We have drawn a line under those two wins. There were no real big celebrations on Tuesday because the job is not done.
"We haven't taken our foot off the gas. Maybe this time last year we were guilty of doing that and we only got the draw.
"Last year we wanted to win the series and so maybe in the final game we weren't mentally in the right place.
"This time there is a completely different feel in the camp.
"We have won the series but we need to go on and win the third and final game. This is the big one - but we are under no illusions the Kiwis will come at us hard and fight right to the death.
"New Zealand have got better each game and they will be there challenging us, they are fighting for pride ultimately."
Katy McLean returns as captain with Alice Richardson moving from fly-half to centre and Katherine Merchant, a try-scorer in England's 16-13 first Test win, is back on the wing.
In the pack, hooker Victoria Fleetwood and prop Laura Keates return to the front row and Rowena Burnfield starts at lock.
Heather Fisher and Marlie Packer return on the flanks, packing down either side of vice-captain Hunter.
Head coach Gary Street said: "This is certainly my strongest available starting line-up.
"We are going to give everything we have got for the final match. The target is to take a 3-0 series win and I am confident we can do that."
